Team Night | June 14
A few times each year, we gather as servants and volunteers to eat dinner together and spend time in worship, prayer, team-building, and fellowship. We call it Team Night -- and it's returning on June 14th from 6-8pm.
June Team Night will be a little different than all previous ones. We'll still have times of devotion and fun. But our gathering this time is not just about ministry appreciation for people who currently serve on teams, or figuring out how newcomers can fit into what we already do. This time, we are going to create a space for all of us to explore our unique talents, hobbies, and passions and to dream about where our hearts are calling us to serve -- even if it's something that's completely brand new to Granite City. You'll get the chance to connect and partner with others who might share your same dream for service. We're hoping to answer this question: If our church could do anything to change our community, or even the world, what would that be?
Whether you are currently serving at church or not yet connected to a volunteer opportunity, Team Night is for you. Newcomers are welcome and encouraged to attend. Pastor Stephen will be manning the grill and we'll have a delicious burger bar. In addition to dinner, childcare will be provided for grades 5 and below.
