Join us as we begin a journey through the Gospel of Mark, the earliest written account of Jesus as Messiah and one with many vital themes for us as modern-day followers.
The good news of the gospel is that the kingdom of God is coming to earth, bringing healing, peace, and justice. There’s only one problem: this process is not going to be gentle or easily accepted. The gospel is disruptive.
The gospel message is so much more than “you get to go to heaven when you die.” It’s not just spiritual salvation (though this is very good news indeed), it’s more than that — full and powerful participation in Jesus’ kingdom for each one of us.
Could it be that the gospel of Jesus — and with it, his vision of a salvation and eternal life — is bigger and more beautiful than what most of us have heard before?

There’s no getting around it: it’s not just what you believe but what you DO that matters. Life transformation is only possible when you go beyond hearing Jesus’ teachings and put them into practice.
