Reception for Zimele | November 11th, 6:30pm
On Monday evening, November 11th, Granite City Church will have the privilege of hearing from our dear friend and ministry partner, Dr. Audrey Matimelo. Dr. Audrey is the co-founder and executive director of Zimele Wethu Foundation, a South African program working to build self-sustaining communities and to promote empowerment for women and youth in rural and township settings. Granite City Church has been blessed to partner with Zimele Wethu in many different ways throughout the life of our church, and it is always inspiring to meet Dr. Audrey in person and hear from her about how she waits on God's vision for her life, how God is working in transformational ways in South Africa, and how we, as a church, can continue to support this important ministry.
Everyone is welcome at the reception to honor Dr. Audrey. You'll get a chance to mingle and talk with her and others with an interest in international missions while we share some snacks, potluck-style. Bring your favorite appetizer to share!
